Raya 2009..
On the first day of raya, we departed from Ampang at 430 am, heading towards Kota Bharu, Kelantan. Normally, the journey to the north-eastern peninsular is around 6 to 7 hours (ni kalau x jam)..I was sleeping in the car when suddenly the back tyre of the car went into a hole..i am not sure how deep it was but to our horror, that tyre was punctured..luckily there was a petrol station nearby and we stopped to check the tyre’s condition..it was not good..the rim was dented..causing the tyre to lose its “angin”..all of us started to panic..it was still dawn at dat time (around 530 am i guess)..so there was no people around..my dad and my brother decided to change the current tyre with the spare tyre…at the same time, i tried to call our insurance agent but they said we have to wait for a couple of hours..finally, my dad and brother managed to change the tyre..since the spare tyre is relatively smaller than the punctured tyre, we had no choice but to move slower, at 80km per hour..my dad who usually runs 120-130km per hour obviously had trouble abiding the 80km per hour limit..the slower we move, the sleepier he gets..but we always ensure that he stop for a rest if he looks tired and sleepy..
at 830 in the morning, we stopped at Masjid Benta to perform aidilfitri prayer..since the mosque was too small to accommodate everyone, we (the ladies) had to pray outside the mosque..this was absolutely my first experience praying under a so called tent (or khemah)..after prayer, we stopped for a while to eat breakfast at surau..ate nasi lemak specially cooked by umi and rendang ayam..sedap btul..heheh..then we continued our journey to the east..hehe..
we reached kota bharu at 3pm and checked into the hotel..after 2 hours rest, we went to our grandma’s house for a visit..stayed in kota bharu for 4 nights..we went back home on the 4th day of raya..
i must say that this year’s raya is an unforgettable raya indeed..apart from the tyre tragedy, all of us enjoyed celebrating raya in kota bharu..

fasting month..
as at to date, i have been fasting for 11 days. 12 days gone due to nature calls. huhu..it has been sometime since i have updated this blog..i’m so lazy to update.. hehe..moreover, nothing interesting has happened for the last few months except that my sister came home and every weekend seem to be filled with plans..hehe..the rest, just the normal daily routines such as woke up, go to work, come back home, have dinner, watch tv or sumtime continue working, sleep..except that during the fasting month, all of us get to leave office earlier at 5pm to buka puasa at home..even tho’ we got to leave early, i still go back at 7pm..huhu.. boring kan..dis week not gonna be early too i presume..my managers will want me to clear all work before taking leave the following week. sumtimes i wish i can divide myself in two..huhu..enuff about work..
only 7 days to go for raya celebration..dis time, i only tempah 3 baju kurung moden..i still got 2 kebayas dat haven’t been worn..so 5 baju altogether..hopefully cukupla..bkn setakat cukup, more then enuff..at least i got clothes to wear for weddings..hehe..as usual, biskut raya beli je..xde mase nak buat coz i got class on saturday..which leaves sunday..but sunday i normally reserve for completing urgent task in case my manager wants it by Monday..huhu..nevertheless, i will find time to go for a retail therapy ocassionally..
okay guys..dats it for today’s entry..got to solat zuhur and rush to klcc for facial appointment..last but not least, selamat berbuka puasa di samping memperbanyakkan amalan pada 7 malam yg terakhir.. akhir kata, selamat menyambut hari raya aidilfitri dan maaf zahir batin sekiranya ada salah dan silap sepanjang perkenalan / persahabatan kita..

Feena’s Wedding
On the last week of June, I went to Kedah together with Fatin and Azhar by flight, Firefly. Firefly was actually not bad for me even though I think 1 hour’s flight is quite long..If I were to compare Airasia n Firefly, I will definitely go for Firefly given that there’s airfares offer. We touched down Sultan Abdul Hamid airport at 8.30 p.m..Zara came to fetch us at the airport together with her dad. Lepas tu, we all headded to Fatin’s home where we shall stay during the weekend..besar jugak la umah Fatin nie..Sampai2 je rehat2 jap, pastu we all went out to eat dinner (for me and fatin)..lapar gile..end up eating ying yong..or whatever they called it..not bad la..sedap jugak..pastu balik umah n tido..
the next day, woke up by the sound of ika’s voice (adik fatin)..she was so loud..we had no choice but to get up and have shower..breakfast at fatin punye rumah lagi satu..tp mmg bes la bekpes situ..her mum masak nasi lemak..sedap gile..n den we all get dress for fiena’s reception at her home..
so, here’s a picture of all us during the reception..even though it was hot, we all had fun..;)

Happy Birthday to me..
yesterday was my birthday..this time i din look forward to it..coz i think i’m getting older and older..huhu..i wan to stay young forever but i know dats impossible.. and life must go on..wut am i rambling about huh? anyway, my frens bought me a wallet as a birthday gift..dat was so sweet of them..my colleagues even sang birthday song to me..thanx guys for all the wishes and pressies..esp those who wish me at 12 a.m..appreciate it so much.. love u guys to bits..mwah..;p

My frens’ wedding..
For the past few weeks i’ve been attending a few weddings..all of which are my close school friends wedding..so here’s an update for ham, atul and keeya’s wedding.
HAM’S WEDDING
wif Ham n Hisham
31st May..went to her wedding at Dewan Ampang Jaya..it was nearby so i hadn’t got any problems reaching the Dewan..but as usual, i’m the last one to arrive..hehe..sorry guys, biase la umah dekat..lmbt la sampai..heheh..sampai2 je ham tgh tunggu her husband to arrive..serentak sampai dengan pengantin..nasib je x masuk dewan skali..hahaha..
Ham was absolutely gorgeous in her purple or shud i say fuschia wedding dress..her husband pun same..she looked happy and i’m happy for her..atul said she’s been going to the gym almost every day..n dat explains her figure..nampak ham kurus skit..hehe.. n den all of us took picture wif her before parting our ways..to Ham, i wish both of you a happy married life..semoga korang berdua berbahagia hingga ke akhirnya..amin..:)
ATUL’S WEDDING

the week after..7th June..was Atul’s wedding plak..dekat Segambut..at first i planned to go there with K’run but somehow she couldn’t make it due to family matters..then contacted Keeya to make plans with her..ended me and Keeya going to Atul’s house together coz she knows the way to her house..luckily, she went wif me..kalau tak, mau la sesat kat segambut tu..huhuh..
45 minutes later, arrived Atul’s house..mase tu pengantin lelaki baru je sampai..kitorg mkn2 dulu la..n den masuk umah Atul..amik gbr2 ngn Atul n Afeeq..Atul looked stunning and i really like her wedding dress..it was something unique and Keeya was the one designing it..good job Keeya!!nanti ko kene bukak butik la weh..hehehe…lepas amik gbr, kitorg balik coz Keeya pun ade wedding lagi kat Shah Alam..to Atul, at last your wish come true..selamat melayari bahtera rumah tangga..gud luck to u ok!!;)
KEEYA’S WEDDING

yesterday was Keeya’s reception..held at Dewan RISDA..quite near to my house actually.. K’run wants to fetch me at home..so i agree to it..lame jugak la tunggu K’run.. biase la..kat Ampang ni mesti jam..n as expected, she told me the traffic is so jammed.. K’run arrived at 1 and off we were to Dewan RISDA..ramai org dah sampai..Ham, Saiba and Atul n Afiq (the newly weds) sume dah sampai..kitorg yg sepatutnya jadi flower gurl ni sampai lambat..hehehe..sori la eh Keeya..we’ll make up for it..in the end, Atul je yg jadi flower gurl..hehehe..
Keeya’s wedding quite formal..biase la kat dewan..ade org silat n menari lagi..hehehe.. food was okay..tp sbb kitorg mkn cepat2, x smpt nak tambah lagi..hahaha..makan skit je..jumpa dgn Marliza and Fithriana..lame gile x jumpa diorg..ade la 9 tahun since form 5..huhu..Marliza dh lame kawen..Fithriana is still the same Fith dat i know..glad to see u guys..heheh..lepas tu kitorg amik gbr ramai2..n den amik gbr ngn Keeya mase dia nak makan..heheh..to Keeya, Congratulations!!Semoga Berbahagia ke akhir hayat..semoga ko dapat anak2 yang comel2 n kiut2..hehhe;)
Dats all the updets on the weddings i’ve attended..i’m so happy for them..x sangka all my frens are all grown up people now..heheh..ape?my turn??haha..we’ll juz wait n see k..only time will tell..

Selamat Hari Bapa..
It’s father’s day today..nothing much..we went out shopping today..1st at klcc..then headed towards sogo..kat klcc xde ape la..tu yg pegi sogo tu..while umie went looking for her shoes..i went up to 2nd floor to have a look at mens wallet..dah lame dah plan tp x beli2 jugak..hari ni mesti beli la wallet for papa for his burfday and father’s day..i talk to myself..terukkan..2 in 1..hehehe
tengok punya tengok..at last i picked up one dat attracts me..it’s made off sheep leather and the texture is quite soft..after flicking and checking the wallet, i decided to buy it.. i hope papa will like it..honestly, dis is the first time i bought him a wallet..the last time, i’ve used to buy shirts..hehee..and he already got loads of them..so dis time, wallet je la..hehhe..next year x tau la..susah betulla beli hadiah untuk org lelaki ni..hehe..
n den, kitorg pegi lunch kat secret recipe..mula2 nk try kat restoran tepi2 tu tp we decided not to coz there’s no one eating there..so rather paying for food dat we’re uncertain what they’ll taste like, so we decided to have our lunch at secret recipe..i had thai style fried rice, umie – caribbean fish fillet and papa – tom yam kung..tp mkn kat secret recipe ni x bleh slalu sgt..sbb menu dia same je..huhu..but i still like their cakes..the cakes are superb..
lepas makan2..went upstairs coz umie wants to renew her sogo card..to our surprise, the customer service people informed that umi can redeem her points today..and today is also the last day..so off we go to collect the RM135 voucher after redemption of the sogo points..since we’re here now, umi said we might as well use the voucher straight away as it’s pointless to come back here again..we went to the ground floor again for shoe hunting..umi found hers and i got mine..so in the end, we got 2 shoes for free.. hehe..dat was the best part..
